Payment methods
Pay the way you prefer: every transaction runs over a secure connection and your card details are never accessible to Opposti Boutique.
The list reflects the methods actually active at checkout: if we enable new ones they appear here automatically. Availability of some methods depends on the delivery country and on the device you are using.
How each method works
Credit and debit cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay cards, with 3D Secure verification (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check and similar systems). The charge is made at the time of purchase, after the details have been verified. Our staff are never authorised to ask you for your card details: treat any such request as suspicious.
PayPal
You can pay with your PayPal account under the terms of the service: you are redirected to the PayPal site to authenticate and returned to our checkout once the payment is confirmed.
Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
If your device or browser supports them, you can complete the purchase with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay: shipping and payment details are already stored in the wallet and the order takes just a few seconds.
Local payment methods
For some European countries the checkout offers the most widely used local payment methods, such as Bancontact, iDEAL, BLIK and MobilePay. They appear automatically based on the delivery country.
Data security
The payment is handled by the payment provider over an encrypted connection: financial data never passes through our systems and is not stored by us. The store complies with the PCI DSS security standards provided by the Shopify platform.
Prices, currency and declined payments
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT for Italy and European Union countries; for other destinations customs duties and taxes may apply. If a payment is declined, no amount is charged: try again or choose another method. If in doubt, write to us at info@oppostiboutique.com.
